Callum Cintron
They/Them
I'm excited to offer a diverse range of services that draw on my experiences with LGBTQ+ topics, collaborating with Indigenous communities, diversity and inclusion, and small nonprofit management. My offerings include various training sessions and workshops, such as Conflict Transformation, Inclusive Language in Everyday Life, and Safe Zone Training. I'm particularly passionate about LGBTQ+ allyship and have developed a How To Be An Ally series. With my background in project management, event planning, and volunteer coordination, I'm well-equipped to support small nonprofits in enhancing their operations and community impact. My approach is grounded in fostering inclusive environments, respecting cultural differences, and leveraging teams' existing skills. Whether it's conducting research, managing events, or providing DEI training, I'm committed to delivering high-quality services that make a positive difference in organizations and communities.
